TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Made to Order Furniture

All furniture within our Made to Order collection is handcrafted specifically to your order. Production will begin once your order has been accepted and confirmed.

As each item is made specifically for you, please ensure you have carefully reviewed all product information, dimensions and finishes before placing your order.

Your Responsibility

Before placing your order, it is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • The furniture dimensions are suitable for your intended space.

  • The furniture can be safely delivered into your property.

  • All access routes have been carefully measured, including front and internal doorways, hallways, staircases, landings, lifts and any tight corners or restricted access points.

  • There are no access restrictions that would prevent a safe and successful delivery.

Product dimensions are provided on each product page. If you are unsure whether an item will fit your space or can be delivered into your property, please contact us before ordering.

If delivery cannot be completed because the furniture cannot be safely moved into the property due to insufficient access or incorrect measurements, any reasonable costs incurred for failed delivery, storage, re-delivery or additional transportation will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations & Returns

As our Made to Order furniture is manufactured to your individual order and specification, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

We do not accept returns or exchanges where you have changed your mind, ordered the incorrect size or specification, or failed to ensure the furniture would fit into your property or through the available access routes.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your furniture is faulty, damaged, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

Estimated Lead Times

Any lead times or estimated delivery dates provided are intended as a guide only.

Whilst we make every reasonable effort to complete and deliver your order within the estimated timescale, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to material shortages, supplier delays, manufacturing issues, shipping or transport disruption, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will keep you reasonably informed of any changes to your expected delivery date.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights. Where we are responsible for an unreasonable delay or otherwise fail to meet our legal obligations, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available to accept delivery on the agreed date.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence, restricted access or other circumstances at the delivery address, we reserve the right to charge any reasonable costs incurred, including storage, re-delivery or additional transportation charges.

Risk in the furniture passes to you once delivery has been completed.

Handmade Furniture

As each piece is individually handcrafted, slight variations in dimensions, colour, grain, texture and finish are a natural characteristic of handmade furniture and should not be regarded as defects.

Unless otherwise stated, a manufacturing tolerance of approximately ±10 mm is considered acceptable.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. Fabric samples are available and we recommend requesting these before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and notify us as soon as reasonably practicable, and preferably within 48 hours, if there is any visible damage. Where possible, please provide photographs of both the furniture and its packaging to help us assess the issue promptly.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
